miDeclaro

Terms of service

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms govern your use of miDeclaro.

⚠️ Technical draft. This text accurately describes how the service works, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It should not be treated as final until it has been.

What the service is

miDeclaro calculates your Spanish non-resident income tax and generates the official forms, ready to file with the Spanish Tax Agency. You file them yourself, unless you separately purchase a filing service.

This is not tax advice

miDeclaro is a calculation and form-generation tool. It does not constitute personalised tax, accounting or legal advice. For complex situations, consult a qualified tax adviser.

Accuracy of the calculation

Amounts are produced by a deterministic engine over the official rates in force for each tax year — not by a generative AI — and are verified against the worked examples in the official AEAT manual. Cases with unusual features are flagged for human review before filing. The accuracy of the result depends on the truthfulness of the data you provide. You are responsible for checking the information before you file.

Price and payment

Calculating is free. Payment is per declaration generated, at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Liability

We are liable for direct loss caused by an error attributable to our calculation engine, limited to the amount paid for the affected declaration. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect data supplied by the user, or from late filing.

Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data, except for declarations already filed, which are subject to the legal retention period.
